1. Executive (Accounts / Internal Audit): 01 Post
Qualification: We are seeking individuals with specialized qualifications and experience in financial management for various positions within our esteemed organization. The ideal candidate must possess a C.A. Inter / M.Com. / MBA (Finance) degree with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in handling financial matters in reputed organizations. Alternatively, a candidate with a C.A. / I.C.W.A. degree and a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience in handling financial matters in reputed organizations will also be considered.
The candidate must be proficient in MS Office and Tally software and have knowledge of GFR, 2017, which is desirable. Additionally, expertise in TDS, TCS matters under Income Tax and GST is also preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
2. Accounts Executive(Cash) 01 Post
Qualification: B.Com degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in all accounting procedures, bookkeeping practices, external and internal audits, and other necessary accounting norms.
Additionally, knowledge of PFMS is desirable for this role. The candidate must also have strong computer proficiency and be highly familiar with commonly used software packages such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tally.
3. Executive (Procurement- BME) 01 Post
Qualification: The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation/Bio-Medical Engineering/Medical Electronics from a recognized institution or university by the government and have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the health sector in Government/Semi Government/NGO. Alternatively, a Diploma in Instrumentation/Bio-Medical Engineering/Medical Electronics from a recognized institution or university by the government with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in Government/Semi Government/NGO in the health sector will also be considered.
The candidate should have experience in procurement through GeM and eTender, which is desirable. High proficiency in written and oral English is essential for this role. Additionally, the candidate must have computer proficiency and be highly familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. PA to Senior Official 01 Post
Qualification: A retired Government Official who has worked as a PA to a Senior Official for a minimum of 2 years. The candidate must have a graduate degree in any discipline and possess high proficiency in written and oral English and Assamese. The candidate should also have excellent competency in preparing drafts for letters, memos, notifications, circulars, etc. as per the office procedure manual in a Government organization.

Qualification: candidates who have the following educational qualifications and work experience. The candidate should have a graduate degree in any discipline with an aggregate of 60% of marks or above, along with a One Year Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application / DOEACC ‘O’ level or equivalent. Alternatively, a B.Sc. (IT) / BCA / BE or B. Tech. (Computer Science or IT) degree will also be considered.
Additionally, the candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field. The candidate should possess high proficiency in written and oral English and Assamese, with excellent computer typing skills mandatory, along with knowledge of preparing drafts for letters, memos, notifications, circulars, etc. as per the office procedure manual in a Government organization. The candidate must also have competency in Word, Excel & PowerPoint, which is mandatory.
